I started my hike on the Mt. Scott Service Trail at 6:55am. The temperature was 29 with no wind and clear sky's. I hiked 6.02 miles in 2 hours and 10 minutes. Terri bought me new hiking glove (that I picked out) and they were useless. My fingers like to have frozen off. They are on their way back to the manufacturer. I am still having pain in my feet. Ankles are swollen and I am taping some hot spots on my toes. Still I am enjoying my hiking and my weight and blood pressure is coming down despite my feet.... Weather during hike:
Clear Start Temp: 29 End Temp: 32 Windchill: 25 (lowest recorded during hike)
