After all the concrete work that I did was finished it came time for a new landscaping look for the old place. That work was completed today, just in time for a rain shower. Before After During Still need to redo the sprinkler system and add some landscape lighting.

Since my 16 foot utility trailer was stolen several years ago it has been a challenge to haul long material. My 8 foot utility trailer is useful but is no better at hauling long material than my truck is.
With the construction on my new barn I needed a way to haul some long sheets of metal siding. This spawned the need for the carrier extension. This will support and stabilize my loads. It is adjustable and comes apart so it can be carried in the back of the truck when not needed. All for about $30.00.... |

I worked for the City of Chickasha for over 38 years and held a variety of jobs for them during that time. I retired as the Parks and Recreation Director on January 6, 2017. Now that I have retired I will be working on the many projects that I have been putting off. I will also be deciding where I will live in retirement. I am not sure I want to stay in Chickasha. I do plan on traveling and doing a lot of hiking, kayaking, backpacking, camping, hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities as well as volunteer work during my retirement... ![]() New Hiking Buddy!
